Rhythmic Intelligence
Menstrual wellness, and our relationship to the wisdom of cycles: personal, seasonal, and planetary. Learning to listen to and align with our body's rhythms, the earth's rhythms, and the evolutionary rhythms (astrological weather patterns).
Primal Aliveness
Sexual Energy, and our relationship to ourselves as erotic beings, and how we do, or don't, express this energy in our lives. Additionally, how intimate we are, or aren't, with the feeling of aliveness and energy flow in our body.

February - August, 2024
Our Journey will begin with an in-person retreat February 8th - 11th in Sebastopol, CA (1.5 hour north of SFO) to connect in body, and anchor in our group field. Here, you will be introduced to the themes we will be working with over our six month journey.
We will stay connected via zoom, both in our group calls, and through dyad relationships, until we close on the New Moon in August.
